Great place to stay for quietness. The hotel is on a cliff with spectacular views of the caldera. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. I had a spacious suite all to myself as a solo traveler. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable but on the 2nd floor. The room has two stories. I enjoyed the on-site restaurant, the cost for food was economical with good options as a pescatarian. I enjoyed the breakfast. Upon check in I filled out a form of what I wanted for breakfast which was great. Staff helped to arrange transportation into town and to the ferry terminal when it was time to leave. I enjoyed the pools especially the infinity pool. The cocktails near the pool was amazing. It was great meeting others from different countries. I recommend this hotel if you want a quiet place that’s comfortable.

Hotel has a nice view over the sea and the islands nearby. The two pools are rather cold temperature-wise, but perfect for refreshing after lying in the sun. It's very quiet and good for relaxing, the staff is friendly and tries their best. Rooms are state of the art and clean. Yet: the breakfast and the overall service at the reception are disastrous. Nobody is willing to help, able to help, overworked or simply incompetent. For breakfast you have to order all your dishes and drinks by filling out a form, which is then passed on to the kitchen. Kitchen and service is dangerously understaffed and so it took up to 45min before even our coffee was served. Then, suddenly, all our dishes arrived at once and turned cold, because we of course could not eat them all at the same time. Some woman in a management position made the situation even worse by shouting with her staff in the kitchen and confusing everybody by tampering with the orders. All in all, vastly overpriced for the kind of service they offer.

The breakfast service is really bad. The staff can't do anything about that. It's a really stupid system. You have to fill in a piece of paper with everything on top. And the staff brings it to you in the right order. That's how it was explained to us when we arrived. In reality, they work through one table and then they move on to the next. Which then means that everything comes at once and you are stressed to eat the hot dishes. Then the manager comes and pushes the staff and clears dishes from the kitchen and puts them down so that the waiters have to take everything back to the kitchen and ask where it belongs. So that even the uncooked egg (should be a soft egg) is served raw on the table. Then you have to wait 45 minutes until the coffee comes. Would not recommend this hotel.

I spent a whole week here. It's definitely a great place to stay!! A peaceful hotel, in an amazing location, with a fantastic view and even more fantastic sunset view 🌅 The restaurant has delicious plates with fresh bio ingredients! I couldn't forget the concierge manager of the hotel, Mrs. Nikolina, who is the best and is always willing to help you in everything you ask. Thank you all guys! Keep doing what you do!

Everything about this hotel is memorable!! EVERY detail is accounted for, and the incredible hospitality plays into every aspect of the experience. You can tell the owners truly care. They've created something really special and intentional, and you can feel it the moment you step in. I felt so taken care of, and I cannot wait to go back. I could not recommend enough!!!
