I would like to write about this hostel, because it left a lot of negative emotions. I found this hostel on the Internet and after looking at the photos and comparing prices I realized that this was a good option. When I called to book, I was asked to give 10 thousand as an advance payment. During the negotiations, I was told that there is air conditioning, and the website also indicates that there are orthopedic mattresses. Arriving with my friend (we were staying in a double room), we saw something different from what is shown in the photographs. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, there was no air conditioning in our room (we were told that it was broken, but we didn’t even see it), and the mattresses were not orthopedic at all, they were ordinary mattresses, and on top of it there was foam rubber on which a duvet cover was pulled. I worry about the mattress because I have back problems. We parted ways with the administrator at this hostel calmly, without scandals or other aggression. But we couldn’t part ways peacefully with the director of this hostel, Olzhas Zhanatbekovich, because he didn’t want to return the prepayment, and in general we couldn’t talk to him directly, but only with his employees, because he didn’t want to. According to the administrator of another Orange hostel, he always calmly returned the prepayment, but this time something came over him. In general, the hostel at this address is terrible and the director of this hostel is also terrible, I don’t recommend it at all. And the prices for such a hostel are still too high.

Well, what can I write about this hostel? After all, everyone has those moments when it’s urgent to find a place where you can feel at home, take a shower, wash your things. I really like it there, I go home, to Astana, and come back. This is my job. I call the administration in advance and reserve a bed for myself. It's clean and cozy there. I especially like the fact that it is located in the so-called golden square of Almaty. This means that it is possible to get to important business centers and company offices quickly. You can also calmly walk to Tulebaika, the legendary street of the southern capital. Good option for those people who come here with business issues. Want to stay there just one night? Always welcome. That hostel is located on a legendary "Golden Square", which means you are pretty close to all sights there.
