Nice quiet restaurant tucked away. Food was very authentic and brought out to us very quickly and tasted fresh. The wild boar pasta was very tender and flavorful. Wine selection was large as well. There was separate dining areas but overall a smaller establishment so if you can make a reservation i would. Servers were very knowledgeable and helped us pick out their most popular dishes.

A wonderful night at Parione. It’s my second time here after a first visit 18 months ago which was wonderful. I came back for my last night in Florence here as I hoped to experience the excellent food I had last time - and I wasn’t disappointed. The veal stew was sublime, the tiramisu still among the best I’ve had, and the gnocchi delicious pillowy goodness - even if I think they may have slightly altered the recipe from before less to my tastes. The service as always was top notch and it’s right in central florence. It’s not a place locals frequent in the droves but so few places are in Florence central - so if you’re staying or exploring nearby, be sure to give this place a visit.

We had our first meal in Florence here and it set a very high bar! The service was amazing, with the waiter explaining the menu and recommending great wines. Wild boar tagliatelle was delicious, as were the desserts! Highly recommend 5/5

What a wonderful experience! I went right when they opened without a reservation. The man I spoke to said they were fully booked, but if I could be out by a certain time they’d fit me in. I was sat at a lovely table in the wine cellar and was quickly greeted with a smile. As a solo diner, I’ve had the experience of being treated as less important or simply forgotten about. That definitely was not my experience here! Even with my time restraint I never felt rushed or that I was needed to leave. I ordered the wild boar with polenta and it was absolutely delicious. Food, service, atmosphere all 5 stars! will definitely be back

Really great meal. I think 95% of the restaurant was full of Americans (us included). It was kind of nice though to discuss travels with others in a similar situation. Has a good authentic feel to it clientele aside. My only knock was they only had one toilet and the sink wasn’t working so you had to use bottled water to wash your hands. It’s a pretty large place so one toilet caused a long time waiting. That’s my one and only complaint though. The veal cheek was amazing. The pasta dish had a really great spice to it. Both were very good. We got the house red which was also good and the tiramisu for dessert was a great way to end the meal. I think 3 of the tables around us said they had been back to back nights and one table had been three straight so that’s a pretty good indication of how good it was.
