super dirty and sticky floor. My bed sheets were also dirty, yellow and dusty. the floor is also dusty and the balcony is full of spider webs. My rooms door was broken so it coulndt shut or lock. If you need a quick place to sleep or shower in, go there. otherwise do not come its gonna be a nightmare.

This was almost a complete nightmare but our night was saved by a random couple. We booked a room last minute around 5pm on Expedia while on our road trip. We didn’t show up around 11:30pm and drove right in behind a another car, parked and came into the lobby to find it was closed. I will admit I didn’t not read clearly what time the lobby would be closed but the issue was there was no way for us to get out key. The issue was my Expedia account is set up to a junk email that I don’t have access to on my phone and then when I booked the room I just used auto fill for my contact information which is a phone number I don’t have access to. The only way to get your key is by a code that is sent to your phone. I tried calling a number on the reservation which was taking a long time and thankfully we ran into a couple who was able to open the safe which had the envelope with our key in it. Upon arriving to our room it was very basic. The pictures are way nicer then the room actually is. The bed was hard and also it was so hot in the room and the fan provided was way too loud to sleep with so we had to open the open but we’re woken up around 6:30/7 by the garbage truck. The bathroom was huge and very out dated. The toilet wobbled every time you sat down. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to cook. It was decent. In the morning we had to go to the lobby and pay our tourist tax and the lady was nice enough to wave the 5€ fee to park our car. This is definitely a budget ‘hotel’.

My studio was saddly full of cockroaches everywhere, even at the fridge and the carpet was so dirty. This whole year I had many accommodations in the south and all were impeccable, not this one. Even the exteriors and gardens are very neglected.

Hello, I have voiced my concerns to your management via emergency contact phone call, the reception management, booking.com and CitiBank Visa. The air-conditioning in our room was not operational. The room temperature was 32°C and the bed frame was broken causing a major bow in the mattress resulting in back pain. These are unacceptable conditions for any client. I am expecting a full refund for the cost of the room. You must correct these conditions before any other client stays in the room. Thank you. Ronald Richardson

The place does not guarantee you the parking spot, when we called the green number they gave us at the check-in, the lady that answered the phone told us she was not in Antibes and she could not help us with our problem even though we had paid an additional fee for the parking spot.(Later we found out we were not the only people with this problem.) But the real thing that made me give this place 1 star was the fact that I found ants on one of the beds. The place dirty and smelly, unlike it seemed on the photos they posted. Last but not least the staff was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
