We stayed in apartment 6 for 4 nights. We had no issues locating the apartment and checkin was easy with the key safe and following the instructions that were sent to us. Plenty of room in the apartment for family of 4, with 1 large double bed (queen I think), second double bed and a single bed. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. Apartment was nice a warm for our winter visit. Train station within 50m, which then gives you access to anywhere in the city. Nearby supermarkets and Cafe, also local market a short walk. Roof top bar in the hotel across the road.

Wonderful place to stay for a family or small group. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a large living room, which accommodated three adults very comfortably. The interior was clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect: right along the canal, directly next to a subway stop, and within easy walking distance of the old town attractions. Kitchen had coffee maker (with filters), kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, and fridge/freezer, so we could visit a nearby grocery store (directions to the store were included with other check in/out instructions, which was a really nice touch) to pick up anything we needed to prepare some of our own meals. Some things to note: this is an apartment, not a hotel, which means there is no staff on site and no check-in desk. You'll receive a code by email for the lock-box located next to the front door to retrieve your key, so make sure you have access to your email while travelling. Some booking sites aren't clear on this process (Expedia did not mention it at all). Additionally, the property DOES NOT have elevator access to all apartments, and it's likely you will need to take the stairs up two or three floors - be prepared for this possibility. This place might not be the best choices for people with mobility issues, those travelling with very small children, or anyone with large amounts of heavy luggage.

The moment my family and I jumped out of the taxi, it took us a good 15 minutes to figure out where this place was...as it was covered in scaffolding. We tried to call our host but the contact number we were given was disconnected. It wasn’t until a resident of the apartment block asked if we needed help that we knew we were in the right place. This resident called the host who spoke to us to let us know the location of the apartment’s key. When we arrived inside it was filthy with all the sand and dust from the renovations. To get to our room my family and I had to carry our 20kg + suitcases up 4 flights of stairs as the elevator was ‘out of order’. Finally, we get into our room. We were greeted with a bottle of Rose and a box of chocolates. Initially we thought this was a kind gesture. As soon as we heard the banging and drilling, saw workmen through the toilet window and smelt the workmen’s cigarette smoke through our lounge room window we knew the kind gesture was a coverup. To make matters worst the hosts didn’t inform us they were undergoing renovations when we made the booking. The rooms are cramped and barely has enough room to fit four suitcases and four people. Not to mention the paper thin and FAKE mattresses which are uncomfortable. The toilet paper in the bathroom is dusty (most likely a cause of the renovations). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
