Traveling with my husband for medical check up at Penang Adventist, and this Hotel is one of the nearest with best budget. I didnt expect much, but I was surprised how cute and pretty this small room is. Very lovely. A staff in reception named Rafiq, he didn't smile much, but he is always there to help. Thank you so much, Rafiiiq. Hope everyone enjoy your stay like we do.

This place is 100 meters from Penang Adventist Hospital so that's why I chose Apple 1. Next, I didn't have the budget for Berjaya Hotel. The room was quite although the window was facing the street. AC was cold. There is a shared ironing place. Room is not spacious but good enough for my purpose and budget. If your purpose is seightseeing, then don't stay here else you will be complaining about the price. I did enjoy the middle east menu at the ground floor.

The workers attitude was very rude especially this guy name Rafiq, I talked to him with a good and calm voice but then he shouted back to us and his face was very rude, totally didnt respect the customer!! Stayed there for 3 days and in that 3 days they never clean the room or even sweep the floor. They dont even change the bed sheets, and the soap and shampoo there was very hard to get it off. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I advise to not stay in this horrible hotel.

the only good thing about this place is the location. but you can find another waaayyy much more decent hotel with same price. the man called rafiq cannot be placed in the concierge. he talks rudely especially with chinese indonesia guest like me and my family. the room's tile is badly broken just covered with some ugly toilet rugs. I also found a dead cockroach in front of the toilet when I first checked in. definitely a bad bad experience to stay. poorly managed and maintained, room picture at some hotel apps is different from the actual room. cant say more but just a HUGE REGRET. dont know how many times I just wish I could stay at beside hotel "B*rjaya Hotel" with just slight different price.

Stay here for 4 nights when i go to get medical check up at Adventist Hospital,its a walking distance so its pretty nice,but got bitten by bed bugs twice,in my neck and my arm,the cleanliness of the room needed to be improved,also its a bunk bed,its my first to stay at a hotel with bunk beds,unique indeed,but it is what it is,staff is friendly,water pressure in the shower is nice,the hot water is good,the AC is good,also the Turkish Restaurant is a must try,definitely will come back if I need to get my Medical Check up again at Adventist,hopefully the cleanliness is much better in thr future.
