Visited this lovely hotel in December. They have big spacious rooms and friendly housekeepers. The entertainment which takes place outside is good. There are only a few good dancers. The huge bonfire helps to keep us warm in the cold evenings. The aqua park in the hotel has slides for all and the view from the top of the hotel is beautiful. The choice of cocktails is limited, and there isn't variety in the snacks bar, which is open from 12.30 pm to 3.00. It was burger and panini with chips on all the days we were there. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, then the choice for food (breakfast lunch and dinner) will again be repetitive due to the lack of effort to even simply have a vegetarian soup. I've given the hotel a 4 star only because the food was disappointing but overall we had a lovely time.

We stayed for a week myself, partner and our 2 year old. We had such a great time we tried to extend our stay but couldn't do so. We arrived less than a week after the earthquake and everything was made to seem very normal the staff were absolutely fantastic. There was some damage to the corridors of room block and the restaurant but these were being fixed whilst we were there. Big shout out to Bob the photographer and the lifeguards our little boy spent literally all day everyday at the waterpark and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier or helpful. The food was good and there was usually a good variety. We had no issues at all regarding food which I was a bit cautious of before coming due to other reviews. We got the shuttle bus on a few occasions into the city which was cheap and convenient. Just be aware the locals clock your all inclusive band straight away and try to show you where to find things in exchange for money but as always we were just a wee bit vigilant being in a different city. Stress free holiday and a whole lot of fun! Thank you 😊

Awful hotel- do not stay here!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They would not let me leave the hotel because of an error they made! The staff in the restaurant and the entertainment staff are great however the reception staff are so rude and so unhelpful. I paid for my stay when I first arrived and stayed for 5 days. When it came to check out they said I had to pay an extra 700dr because their staff made an error at check in and did not charge me for their NYE dinner (bearing in mind I never ate once in their restaurant even thou I paid for all inclusive as the food was that bad) When I explained that was their error and you cannot quote someone a price, have them pay that full amount and then change the price at the end they physically would not let me leave. They told their security and would not let me out the gate and I had my 8 month old daughter with me, I felt like I was being held hostage. They were even happy for me to miss my flight! Absolutely disgusting treatment and the reception staff (including the manager) were so rude and unhelpful. There were so many people at reception unhappy. I have been to Morocco over 6 times now and loved everywhere I have stayed apart from this place. Do not book this hotel, there are so many beautiful places in Morocco who treat you much better. Extremely disappointing

We absolutely loved Morocco and the resort was outstanding! Their entertainment deserves a 6 out of 5, the variety of food is a 6 out of 5, and the service and the friendliness of staff is a 6 out of 5! The resort is big but the staff gets to know you, so you feel so welcome! There is so much to do for the kids from kids clubs to sport bar entertainment (good for the teenagers) football, golf, tennis etc so you can be sure that you (parents) will get plenty of alone time! The entertainment in the evenings is just outstanding both for adults and kids. We celebrated the NY here and the day was packed with activities! There was a parade and it was mesmerising, they served a lot of fish, oysters, crabs and mussels. I couldn’t believe this was all in the price! If there would a bit of advice I would say to have more healthy snacks at snack time like olives and nuts and perhaps some fruit. And the room can do with a little modernisation (upgrade of bathrooms and toilets) But the service, entertainment and food made up for that by a mile!
