The location is very good, in the Old Quarter and we were able to arrive at 3:30 am and wait at the reception until the nearby coffee shops opened. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was good. We were allowed to keep our bags for one hour before taking a transport to the airport. Thank you 😊

Great and affordable hotel in a prime location in the old quarter of Hanoi. This hotel is also a travel agency that can help you book trips top many different parts of northern Vietnam, Ask for Phuong when you get here, she is incredibly kind and helpful!

The staff here are so kind and helpful. The rooms get made up every day and the bathrooms have been renovated. Much nicer than they look in the photos. The budget rooms have a window into the hallway only, this makes them quiet, you can't hear any street traffic. There was a mix up with Agoda pricing when we arrived and we spent a long time on the phone to them, Agoda were pretty awful but eventually agreed it was their mistake and they would pay the increase fee. Whilst we were sorting it we were brought water, allowed to use the reception phone and even let into one of the rooms waiting to be cleaned for a shower. We were so grateful for this! Thank you for a lovely stay in Hanoi.
