Everything's fine with the hotel but the bathroom is just awful. Basic cleanliness of the bathroom is fine but it's in desperate need of a renovation. Need cleaner door (yellow and brown stains all over it), re-tiling, better bath, more space so the door actually closes comfortably. If the bathroom was good then this place would be fine.

Located in the center of old Amman, this boutique hotel has a wonderful staff and probably one of the best included breakfasts. We used it for seven days as our base to explore sites outside of Amman. We felt like family every day we were there. Thank you so much Jack for your kindness and guidance ... we'll see you in Cypress my friend!... Special thanks to the rest of the staff for your warmth and friendship.

Had a fantastic stay at Arabesque in Amman. One of the best on our trip, primarily because of the friendly accommodating people who work there, all of them equally. Hotel is away from busy centre but still an easy walk to centre/downtown. Breakfast was really good prepared by friendly ladies. Rooms were clean always, with aircon TV etc. Good shower with hot water. Front desk guys were exceptional, Ahmed Suleiman and Jack.....have to mention them by name because they are interesting and amazing individuals to converse with. They shared invaluable insights about there amazing country Jordan, that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We are very grateful. Highly recommended hotel with great value.

Really disappointed by the room since it does not look the same as on the website. I get a really old fashioned room but I paid the price of a modern one. This is not what I booked. I understand the hotel is being renovated (which is really good) however there is nowhere something stating that and only new looking rooms pictures are published. Your way of working is malicious! The room especially thr bathroom was not clean, furnitures were dusty. Breakfast is a shame for 8 JOD. Hopefully I had it free with Booking. The price is unjustified in quantity and quality considering what you can eat in any Jordan restaurant for the same price. Watch out there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card mentioned in small and red on the wall behind the reception. Despite I arrived tired at 9PM, the receptionist did not inform me. Again, this is malicious. The only hotel I have been in in Jordan, which does not provide water. BUT, location and parking spots are great. I do not recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend ARABESQUE HOTEL. The room was very clean, comfortable, safe, air-conditioned.The service was absolutely professional and kind 24/7 and thanks to Jack and Ismail they provided all the help we needed, they are very knowledgeable with anything we needed in the city they directed me how to handle a lot of my personal business. They have the best prices in the city and very honest Staff. They have a very good Wi-Fi. They have shuttles for a very cheap price. The location is amazing. It’s close to anywhere you want to also they have parking spaces.
