Horrible! They sent me to 2 rooms which was not cleaned from previous customer, i asked for cancellation and they denied so not refunding me upon arrival they sent me to a room which the bed sheet was not changed, with stains of blood on it. The cleaning service is awful. Those pictures are for the first day they renovated this hotel and they didnt take care of anytjing afterwards. You can see the finger prints on almost everything in your room. The breakfast is hilarious, the provide few items, the cheapest,smallest one from supermarket, there is no fresh coffee or tea, just bolied water and 3in1 nescafe sachets! The bread is simit! Dont expect a nice turkish breakfast here. You would hesitate to touch anything in your room. The definition of cleaning for this hotel is far beyond a 1 star hotel!

The staff is pretty good. The places were dirty and dusty. The window in the room did not open. because it was broken. The lighting in the room was very bad. Btw, I didn't get the vibe that I was staying in Istanbul because I could only see the diva's corner from the window.

Omg this is The worst hotel nothing is like the photos, broken locker and cabinets, electricity switches are out of the wall, bathroom dirty and when I asked them to change my room, they told me you can go another place. Very bad behavior, it's not 4 star, photos are not real and don't trust this place at all! Very bad hotel and services, it is not even one star hotel. If you want bed and breakfast, then you can use this hotel, but even breakfast is very poor and better to have breakfast outside. The management are not good at all they they do not want to spend money to enhance their service. Quality of cleaning and customer service is zero. So you bring with you cleaning stuff as ultimately you will need to clean by yourself. In short, this is not a hotel to choose.

Very bad hotel and services, it is not even one star hotel. If you want bed and breakfast, then you can use this hotel, but even breakfast is very poor and better to have breakfast outside. The management are not good at all they they do not want to spend money to enhance their service. Quality of cleaning is zero. So you bring with you cleaning stuff as ultimately you will need to clean by yourself. In short, this is not a hotel to choose.
