A very good price and quality hotel, if you do not want to be in the very center. (The parking is right in the courtyard of the hotel). The rooms are quite nice and spacious and feel like new. I appreciated the nice smell when walking in which shows that there is extra effort put in. Plus rooms are really quite (that I personally appreciate). Breakfast is amazing with a very wide choice as well as a chef cooking different eggs and omelets. From the evening menu, the Polish traditional soup was amazing. Really appreciated the poached egg that brings this extra flavor. Definitely recommend. Thank you for nice stay.

The hotel itself looks really good and new, but the only thing I didn't like was that guys in reception were too slow, it is not acceptable to be 15-20minutes for check-in. At first, THEY didn't find our reservation (I remark that because they were 2 and only at the end they solved the issues with the help from a manager). After 10 min at least, they were able to find my colleague's reservation (with help, as commented) and they told "that's all". I looked at them and told that in the confirmation there was another reservation at my name, so we have to go through all the process again (another 10 minutes, with help also). Please train your staff before putting them to work in close contact with the public. Positive was that room was huge, with the bedroom in a separate room from "living room". The bathroom was very new and clean and the A/C worked perfectly, with individual controls for bedroom and living room.

Certainly not a business hotel. The beds are like small cheap hostel beds for tiny people. Bedding too short for normal length humans. Bedside tables match the tiny people concept - if you crawl around the room the table is the right size. Shower pressure snd hairdryer power is laughable. Not recommended for a business stay.

Граждан РФ не заселяют. I arrived almost at midnight after a flight, and the hotel refused to check me in because it is their policy not to check in people with russian citizenship which is by definition - nationalism I.e. discrimination by nationality. I was never informed of such a policy, moreover the hotel confirmed my booking, which contained information of my place of residence. I almost ended up on the street at midnight but thankfully I was able to find 24/7 front desk hotel nearby that was respecting „european values“ that are supposed to punish discrimination of all sorts (including collective responsibility). Event took place in August 2022.
