Very comfortable and affordable hotel not far from airport Chopin. One of the preferable things - late check in. I landed at 23 o'clock, so Hotel Poloneza was my savior with check in till midnight. Big cozy room with modern bathroom and even kitchen! More looks like apartments rather than a room in a hotel. The personnel are welcoming and professional. Great breakfast and warm place to spend a night after a long flight - I'm more than satisfied.

Amazing friendly staff and cozy hotel, definitely will be returning to this place in the future! The breakfast was outstanding and with really various options. I was pleasantly surprised by the fish dishes! The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, though the airport is close AND the public transport connection is good enough so even on budget you'll get to the centre within like 30 min, which is great for a big city like Warsaw. The neighborhood around the hotel is extremely peaceful and quiet, I liked that!

I have to stay at this hotel on a business trip. Recently, the quality of the hotel has gone down a lot. In the shower, the water temperature cannot be adjusted and boiling and ice water alternate randomly. Towels are dirty and full of hair. The internet connection in the rooms is pathetic. You have rotten fruits and vegetables for breakfast. And so we could continue. The hotel does not want to take any measures to rectify the situation.
