Fantastically cozy accommodation in a very good location! The host Willie is a wonderful host! He helped us with everything. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable. If we travel to Inverness again, we will book a room here again! Thank you very much for the friendly and kind Scottish hospitality Willie !!!

Lovely room and B&B, breakfast every morning was very tasty and something to look forward to, gentlemen that works there was very accommodating! Location was a bonus for sure, easy to access and get to other places.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly & the breakfast was very good too. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Inverness.

We absolutely loved our stay. My husband, toddler and I shared a room. I had to work some nights, and the desk was absolutely perfect for me to work. There was enough space for all of us, and the bathroom was large. All the details were absolutely adorable. It is such a cozy place! The breakfast in the morning was also lovely, and it felt like we were staying with friends or family. We will definitely be back! (We stayed 4 nights, and it is so conveniently located! Great for walking around Inverness and the free parking was a huge plus too)

Location: Great location overlooking the castle and the river. Very short walk to city center ) ~10min with pubs near by while still being relatively quiet. The owners are also very friendly and lovely. Comfort: Our room was FANTASTIC. The room was a great size, clean, beds were comfortable, shower temperature was perfect, room temperature was perfect. I didn't really hear any other guests in the house much and the area was quiet so that we can sleep well. Cleanliness: very clean. Breakfast: great breakfast with enough choices for anyone from a full Scottish breakfast, to smoked fish, or just oatmeal with a continental bar with juice, cereals and coffee. It was hard to social distance in the breakfast room but the breakfast was really good. Would stay here again
