What a hidden gem! Great hotel with lots of character and charm pair that with amazing service, wonderful location and great price point and you're onto a winner! We will definitely be staying here next time we're back in Rome!

Please think twice before booking in this hotel. They only care about money! When I reached they told me the room is not ready and I waited for 3 hours to get my room! The room was not clean at all, when I asked to speak with the manager the receptionist (I recall her name was Ayla or Aila not sure) told me the manager is busy. The next day I asked again they told me the manager is not available. So bottom line there is no manager but one greedy owner ! The room is small, bed not comfortable, it is too noisy, the service is very bad. Not matter what do not book in this hotel !!! Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Please do not book in this hotel, I had a very bad experience while staying there. I waited hours for my checkin, the staff was rude and no manager to speak to ! There was only one lady name Aila at the reception and whenever I asked her to speak with a manager she would say manager is busy or not available, I wanted to cancel my stay but they refused to give a refund !
