A beautiful residential building with amazing interior and high quality. JVC itself is a great location for the families that fulfill all basic requirements of travel to work, schools and family amenities. This new building is offering modern interior and quality living too. Swimming pool and Gym is available. Developer is offering 1 BR ready to move in apartments with post hand over payment plan Prices around 700,000 AED for 1 BR with 3 years post handover payment plan. So you have 3 years time to finish full payment after you receive the keys of yoir apartment here. Took some pictures during my visit that can help you for better understanding . Still I will suggest you to visit once.

Beautiful beautiful building and spacious, when I went here for the first time, i was like, I want to live here.It has a gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, kids play area etc. The location is good too.
