We stayed here in October. The staff are lovely and friendly, The hotel is beautiful. The location is peaceful and relaxing close enough to town. Everything is accessible. Food is lovely plenty of choice. The rooms are beautiful the size of the room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. Everything in the buffet explained well and presented lovely. The animation team and guest relations is great too. We will come back next year.

It's our first time in here but we quite like the hotel. Food is exceptional. Service is good in restaurants. But in rooms for the minibar, we have to had to call 4 times in 6 days to refill the minibar. Cleaning is good as well. Animation is not so good in here. I would rather be near the town so we could enjoy more varied entertainment. Guest relations is absolutely excellent. Sevinc is the manager she is gorgeous.

We came here 3 times and we had the best holiday ever. Some changes been very nice like lobby area and the rooms. The bathroom needs hand rail only. And in the starlight bar should be a more soft music they need to play. Food is excellent this year. And the guest relations! We loved this lady who is guest relations manager Sevinc is so cute and helpful. She is always there to make you relax and happy. We will come back next year

A wonderful holiday and a very relaxing time had. All staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Weather for October was great, hot enough but not too hot and a lovely breeze. Food and service was excellent, can’t do enough for you. Sevinç the guest relations was amazing with advice and suggestions to make the most of your holiday. The hotel has a excellent location with wonderful views, the starlight bar being my favourite place to watch the sunset every evening. I can’t wait to book and visit again for my next holiday.

When I came the staff from reception was very helpful. The bar staff! You don't have to ask for another drink they come down and they will ask are OK or not. Rooms and cleaning was fantastic. We feel very relaxed in here. Food is fantastic in here. And the staff in the kitchen professional at their job. Couldn't do enough for you. Guest relations manager Sevinc is great and she is speaks proper in English. She is so professional at her job. We will come back next year. HUGS AND KISSES
