It's a condo complex not a hotel. General state and furnishings of each condo vary greatly in quality depending on the owner. The building and communal areas need some renovations. During my 4 week stay water stopped working for 2 days The condo I stayed in was in need of renovation. Some of the furniture was broken or close to breaking, same with electric appliances. The owner, to his credit , replaced broken devices when notified. All in all: you can stay at very low rates here, but adjust your expectations accordingly. Location is a little remote, best if you rent a car or scooter. Lots of stray dogs in the vicinity due to a temple close by. Dogs seem friendly, but some might approach you barking.

I liked staying at this apartments building. It has a big parking, a nice pool, a green garden and a gym at the roof. Staff is welcome and friendly. This is a rather quiet place in a walking distance to Buddha temple , Fisherman village, Bophut beach. There are cafes and shops nearby. Everything else is reachable using means of transportation.

Service is very good and friendly. The apartment is cozy and clean, our place was about 80m2 (for four person). The pool is very nice. Many "luxury" features like washing machine for clothes, microwave, big fridge/freezer. Two toilets and showers. Balcony and three air conditioner... There is a nice gym at the rooftop. Restaurants, shops and beach are close so you can walk there in 10 minutes. I can really recommend Arisara place for everyone !

The hotel and rooms are very nice and the staff working really helpful and even fixed my tv, micro and aircon when it was not working. But the problem was the dogs in the area, there is like 10 agressive dogs and one bit me so I needed to go to tje hospital. I was scared every day, it was horrible, so I left and changed my place. But the pool was clean and ok. Wish the area just would have been better. If you have car it will probably not be a problem but with bike or walking it is really dangerous. The gym was horrible.
