Nice quiet hotel off strip, received my deposit back 2 days after my stay. Front desk polite and helpful when I asked for a receipt for my deposit, kindly assisted. Appliances worked good, refrigerator in the room. Affordable.

Check-in Receptionist, at the time of check-in was not at the front counter, meaning we had to wait until someone returned to check us in, in addition to the wait the remaining room they had was on the third floor of off the elevator, for most people that probably wouldn't be a issue, however I stated I have difficulty walking "even though I stated this in there hotel comment section " I was told 3 floor room was what they had...it was extremely difficult for me to walk. They don't hold a room on a lower floor even when you book in advance...the pool is shut down for the season, they are still charging for resort fees.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and newer. Staff nice and helpful. Not an amazing casino, but 3 restaurants on site with very reasonable pricing. Steak and shrimp 12$. With rewards card 10$… So staying and dining are very reasonable for area. I booked sun-Thursday at 250$ total for King SuiteLiving room with sleeper sofa and tv. Separate bedroom with king and tv. Full bath. Private parking (safe). So far my best bargain and nicest stay in Vegas. 👍🏼

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Trust someone who has stayed there. I doubt the higher stars indicate a true visitor to this hotel. Our dirty room with ripped carpeting didn't even have a blanket -- that's right, just two sheets for a cool Las Vegas December evening. The next day we asked for blankets and received but why would we have to ask? Shouldn't a blanket be standard? When I checked out I asked why we didn't have a blanket and was told they're getting new ones so they wanted to keep track of old vs. new blankets. WHAT? We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than Sam's (rodeo had Sam's full) but it was near relatives we were visiting. Our nights on the trip were much cheaper and navigating the strip wasn't as difficult as we expected. We should have stayed on strip.
