You likely don't want to know our experience. After 1 night we checked out! We were so excited to stay at your resort and it was anything but exciting. Your outside appearance and the room appearance are two VERY different experiences. Our room was not clean. At. All. The open safe with previous persons items still in the safe should have been our first clue. The exhaust fan was literally hanging from the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower made me want to get out as fast as I got in. The shower handle kept slipping so the temp I had it set at kept getting hotter and hotter after I would reset it where I wanted it I just had to hurry up and get out with bright red skin. I noticed water on the floor after my shower so I grabbed some tissue to wipe it up and literally the tissue was black/brown from where I wiped up the floor. The floor itself was sticky and you could see "cleaning" marks but I think it was cleaned with dirty water. GROSSSSSSS. Explain to me how you don't have a microwave in the room? Then you want to charge $10/night for one! Every hotel/motel/resort across this country has a microwave in rooms. The fridge had so much frost built up on it I would think it probably wouldn't keep anything cool. The door separating the bedroom from the bathroom area wouldn't budge so you couldn't close it to let the other person sleep while you were up and about. The bedroom can't be ADA compliant considering the bed is blocking the entrance to the room. I couldn't spend more than one night there. Frankly our room rate should have been comped - not merely canceling the rest of our nights without fees. All of this should concern you but doubtful that it does. It should concern you that we happily with relief "checked out" of your resort to spend the rest of our vacation in a local hotel because it was cleaner and more comfortable. I cannot in good faith recommend this "resort" to anyone after our experience. Frankly I'm confused how they have a 4.3 rating. Maybe they were lucky and had a clean room.

We had a work event we held in the conference rooms, I must give a huge shout out to the staff, they were the kindest, most polite and helpful staff I've ever come in contact with, and we travel and hold these conferences in many states, numerous hotels and resorts. Every person was beyond friendly, offered assistance regardless of which department they were in, and truly went above and beyond to check on and attend to our needs. I was super impressed and wish I could name each individual person, but it was honestly everyone. The resort itself it was very clean and decorated very nicely for the holidays. The banquet food was delicious as well, the best I've had for food and beverage service by far.
