Don’t be fooled Yes the bedrooms will make for a decent instagram post, but by no measure is this a 5 star hotel. The rooms look nice in the pictures but like that 49 year old guy who keeps sliding into your DMs (the one in a v-neck T-shirt, with oversized veneers and a suspiciously razor edged hairline that he acquired in Turkey), in the cold light of day they look old, cheaply finished and they’re starting to look very tired, the rooms that it. Mould in the bathrooms, chipped fixtures and furniture and an ever present smell of damp. The staff are rude to the point of it actually being quite impressive. An effective strategy because after they were so militant about not checking in before 3pm (a request I made by email ahead of our visit), I simply didn’t didn’t bother to raise a complaint in person… Ironically they were then knocking on the door at 11.30am (30 minutes ahead of checkout) asking for the return of the room key because they had guests arriving later. The facilities are more bed and breakfast than luxury - the rooftop pool is utterly miserable, dirty and unable to support any more than about 4 guests at a time. To be fair the gym looked ok (aside from the construction work). Then there’s the little things - rationed to 2 towels, no bath robes, they messed up the room service order - I know, the horror. Ultimately, this won’t be the worst place you’ve ever stayed, it’s fine for 1 night. But lower your expectations and if you can, maintain a partial squint for the duration of your stay (then you won’t notice those imperfections), enjoy the view and slap a filter on those shameless hotel room selfies to mask the battle scars left by all the previous guest who’ve done exactly the same on their 1 night stays.

We had the joy of staying at this palatial hotel for 2 days and it was an eye-opening experience. The hotel room was opulently decorated with comfy beds, well-stock bathrooms and even a capsule espresso machine. Service was impeccable with patient and friendly waiting staff. When we didn't want to wander out around to 163 Retail Park or the many shopping malls nearby, there was one directly below our hotel! 100% will stay again

Beautiful suite. My room have been upgraded to suites with two room. Microwave, electric stove, washing machine TV with netflix and prime are great. Suitable for family stay with kids.

What I love: - Where do you get such detailed opulence for this price? You probably pay 10x this in Paris. - The details in the rooms are great, the French music add to the experience. - Bedding is comfortable and pillows are good class. - Staff are obliging and professional but not warm. What I do not like: - Your 1hr breakfast time limit was enforced despite few guest around. Be a bit flexible. - Breakfast coffee is awful. Too diluted. A good cup of coffee is important, especially when guest booked such a ornate venue, you know they are expecting something more presentable. - Food presentation is good, but taste could be improved. Neutral: -Location isn't great for tourist but if it fits your needs, then I recommend this place. -Key cards are worn out, and needs to be refreshed.

Went for dinner at their restaurant and stayed in one of their European rooms. The food at Level 66 is definitely amazing. All of the food triggered my palate in a good way. Service was excellent. Only 1 downfall is a small part of the beef was raw, but it was okay coz the beef was huge chunk so it was good enough for me only 1 small part is raw. Then the room was beautiful. Aircond was cold and nice. There was a big bright chandelier. Apparently I snored so it means I slept like a baby (i rarely snore). Another downfall of the place was, there are only 3 lifts. So u can imagine the waiting time for the lift and the lifts have no ventilation. But I had an amazing experience overall.
