We had a great time! The hotel is lovely and the staff is friendly and very attentive to all our needs. Our room was very clean and equipped with every comfort, despite the fact that we were in the historic centre of Naples but the area is very quiet and the rooms and common rooms guaranteed maximum isolation from any outside noise🥰 The breakfast is full of local products with also freshly cooked dishes, all very fresh. The location of the structure is really convenient, with everything available in the surrounding area, shopping, historical places restaurants etc.. We hope to return soon!

Absolutely amazing hotel. It’s becoming very popular (at least in Italy) that a whole floor or a few apartments will be bought and turned into a small easily manageable hotel. This one is nice that it also has some common spaces because anything before lunch was hard to find unless you go to the grocery store. Staff is so sweet. Neighborhood is hit and miss. Rooms are incredibly quiet.

We stayed here for two nights and wished we stayed longer. The team behind this place is phenomenal. The staff spoke Italian, English, and Spanish and were extremely polite and customer friendly. The room was gorgeous and very...sexy (if I could use it to describe a room)? The breakfast was good enough to start the day, and the atmosphere felt like something out of a romantic movie. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and every night had THE BEST sleep. The beds are so comfortable and because of the super high ceilings and sheer volume of the room, it just feels so nice and spacious. Our son loved the bath. I loved the big wardrobe and that we could open the doors to the Juliette balcony to enjoy fresh air and views, but could also shut to (amazingly) block out all noise from the busy street below. Thank you to the great staff for all your personal tips and help. Also a great morning breakfast. Highly recommend this place for anyone OK with stairs... it's a fair slog to get your luggage up a few flights of stairs. It's an old building but has been beautifully fitted out and restored and is well worth your consideration.

This is a very strange hotel. Let's start with the main reason for my rating: like others have said, there is a major issue here with air conditioning and air circulation. We stayed here two nights in early October when it was relatively nice outside. The room has an AC unit that you can set as low as 24°C. There is no way it is operating correctly though, because we couldn't get the room lower then 28°C. At night, my husband and I slept with no clothes or blankets and still absolutely boiled. Seems like something they should address asap. We also had 3 broken lighting fixtures in the room. Lights are a series of spotlights and, even if they had all been working, it still would've been dark in there after sunset. All other oddities I could've overlooked: the strange setup (accessing reception area through a gate, then a courtyard, then a flight of stairs, then an elevator, two hallways, and another flight of stairs), the dining area effectively being tables set up in a narrow hallway with rooms opening up right on to it, etc. The upsides: rooms had some nice fixtures in the bathrooms, beds were comfy, and staff was nice.
