Do not stay at this hotel. the light has no casing on it leaving it as an electrical hazard. One of the taps on our sink is missing. No air con, the fan is horrendous. no curtains, stained sheets. most likely bed bugs throughout the beds, the photos are a complete scam. The shared bathrooms are dirty and disgusting. I would not stay here for free.

RUN, DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff: 0 out 5 Extremely rude once they get your money. They were very kind and welcoming until literally after I swiped my card. They tried to scam me too! I paid for a double room, but I got a dorm with NO working water, which was not disclosed to be prior to booking IN PERSON (I did not book this online). They refused to give me their managers number after I requested to leave a after experiencing the room (see below and attached images) Location: 1.5 out 5 Its called the "cheap side", but I wasn't aware because their rates were $40-50+ a night Its very "dirty". The rubbish bins block a good bit of the sidewalk, the pavement is broken up badly like an earth quake happened. Its on an "odd" street where there are people sleeping on the corner. Those people are not aggressive, but the shop owners are towards those unhoused persons. The area is known for pickpockets apparently, so be mindful. You will be a good 20 min walk from the places you want to be. There is 1 train nearby, but it's said to not be very safe. I didn't bother with the train except for to and from the airport. I jsut walked above ground Building & Accessibility: 2 out 5 It does have a lift, but a standard wheelchair cannot fit into it. Really only 2 tiny people can; 1 person and 1 suitcase a month. There is a large gap and the door doesn't lock, so wasn't very safe. Rooms: 0 out of 5 These are smaller than a college dorm. Like the size of a prison cell. The bedding smelled terrible, the sheets were dirty, the floor had not been clean at all. No mini fridge or microwave. The beds are children sized twins and terribly broken spring mattress. The pillow was a flat-stiff like fabric. The room did not have a bathroom, but had a sink. However, they refused to turn on the water to the sink unless you pay $100 extra (which was not disclosed at check in). There was a ceiling fan, but it was out of control and flying crazily. The room smelled of urine and mold. There was mold everywhere. Bathroom: 0 out of 5 POOP IN THE SHOWERS, mold everywhere, they were communal bathrooms and there were no cleaning them. Had to bring our own toilets paper. Shower door doesnt close so anyone who comes in can walk in on you as there wasnt a door to the main bathroom. Worse of all, when you go to wash your hands and flush the potty, the water and waste backs into the shower into a puddle! When I told the front desk they did not seem to said and asked what I wanted them to do about it. I was merely letting them know there was a issue. Needless to say, I did not stay. I tried getting my money back for days, but the "manager" avoided me. I did report the hotel to the commissioner. I later found out that is where they store migrants and a couple of locals revealed that is where they were known for trafficking people.
