I paid extra to get breakfast delivered up to our room and there was a hair mixed in with my food on the plate which immediately would turn anyone’s stomach. We were also put in an accessible room despite not having booked this room type and we felt this room should have been kept for those who need them. The staff were not the most helpful. When I highlighted that this wasn’t the room I booked, I was disregarded and told I was wrong despite having a booking confirmation to prove otherwise and they stopped replying to me once this was highlighted. Overall it’s a good location but definitely not 4 star quality at all and not worth the money.

They say that you can tell a lot about a place, not when everything is going well, but when something goes wrong. When we were there, the heating system failed. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, kept us informed, put a heater in our room whilst we were out to dinner and it was all lovely when we returned. The hotel itself is very nice. It has some quirky art around which gives it character. And it's on the edge of a great part of Dublin.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. Rooms are really nice and bathrooms are fantastic. Breakfasts are excellent. We will be back.

This was a perfect place to stay! My daughter and I both LOVED this hotel. The rooms had everything we needed. And the shower is just heaven! The bluetooth mirror in the bathroom..I mean let's talk! Breakfast was included for us and we enjoyed it so much! The friend we visited said she will absolutely be staying at this hotel as well! Great rooms, great service, great food, great location (walking distance to all the cool places) and most of all great price!

The hotel has great location and clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is trying to be friendly and helpful but a bit inexperienced and has problem with understanding simple orders at the bar as well as acting and speaking professionally. At breakfast we order Egg Benedict which was served with burger bun instead of english muffin, the hollandaise sauce was very thick and not creamy and honestly the whole thing tasted like burger with bacon and egg. Definitely do not recommend breakfast at this hotel or the hotel at all.
