I thought my husband was joking when he said this is where we were staying! The pictures are very deceiving and a Motel 6 was cleaner! I have taken SEVERAL pictures that will show proof of our room & how disgusting it is! We tried to book somewhere else but nothing was available. We booked a 10 day stay & only half way through. We don't have a smoke detector that does not have a battery! They paint over mold, and the list is long! Our view is the parking lot where there is SO much noise! I emailed the office & we stopped by but no response! We were supposed to have a washer/dryer & there is none! Again management is no where to be found! Update 12/30/23: So yesterday they put a battery in the smoke detector when we have been here 9 days & leaving tomorrow. Also, the door doesn't lock unless you bolt it! The handle/lock mechanism doesn't work! We requested to be fixed know the first day here & still broken! Run from this place! :

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment on Booking for 2 adults and 2 children. After making the payment, I received a message redirecting me to their website. There, I completed a survey and paid a $250 security deposit. In the evening, I received a message that our reservation was canceled, even though the money was debited from my card. Initially, they claimed issues with the card, but later stated the cancellation reason as 'OTHER REASONS.' This led us to search for another place to stay for Christmas. Never had such a miserable Christmas gift. I regret that Booking gives high ratings to such incompetence.

Beautiful rooms with full kitchenette. It was a very welcoming setup and beautiful yacht passing thru the day. Quiet and serene environment. It does not like much on the exterior like any standard resort. Lower floors doors and corridor are dated but still a pleasant surprise inside. A good comfortable stay, apartment were well equipped with everything you need. The management was responsive to our needs and was able to attend a few requests like extra bedsheets. They were attentive and make sure we are comfortable through the few nights when we were there. My careless kids dropped an earpiece and after we left the compound, the cleaners passed to the management to make sure it was returned to the owner. Overall, met above expectations.
