Terrible experience. I booked a 5 star hotel but got a terrible 1 star experience if not worse than that. The lights in my room were not working when I entered into the room, they couldn't send a technician for almost 30 minutes. They didn't even think of apologizing properly just made up excuses. NEVER STAY THERE

I really find it hard to love all things in one simple clean beautiful hotel. This is Arts Hotel, I definitely recommend to stay there with its great location to all areas. I loved the staff specially Burak who really was smiling all the time and knew what he was doing, good English and great service as he knew what we wanted without asking as if he s our happy minister. Thank you Arts hotel

the most awful hotel that i have ever stayed they do not care about your needs rooms aren't clean and even if you ask for cleaning they come too late and piss you off they show beautiful rooms and after arriving there they give you the rooms which are in the other side of the building plus, room size aren't standard even the comfort rooms are very small another thing to mention, i asked for iron from the first date of my residence and i've reminded it for several times and guess what ?? they didn't bring it in 7 days that i've been there

The best hotel ever and Turquia I loved the service. They have a good customer service. They are so kind and helpful and friendly. The housekeeping Isial is professional, and she know how to clean the room so well and she's kind she help us with everything we need. and also Burak, he's helping us with carrying our bags and any other concern. He's like three in one. thanks to Arts hotel team for everything they did to us in Shalla we have another visit to them . I recommend this hotel to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But they don't have iron for the clothes so you should bring your own iron
