We got the great big room with the amazing temple view! The staff is nice....but..... in general, the staff cannot handle the mess and dirt and the crowd of tourists who want to eat on the roof. It is not a quiet hotel, because each time someone goes up the stairs to the roof, you can hear it in the rooms. The reception, entrance to the hotel and the breakfast area are very disappointing, dirty and untidy. There are things and papers lying everywhere, as well as bowls and plates from the kitchen. For such a high amount of money per night, I expected a clean room and quiet place.

We got the room with the view of the temple on the second floor which was perfect. The staff was super accommodating. They helped us connect with laundry services and recommend places to have Thai Boat Noodles. We received a welcome fruit drink and fruits upon our arrival. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! We get to select our meals the day before breakfast. Dinner was delicious. I got the spicy shrimp stir fry noodles. Wish I had more lol. Food was fresh! The bonus is that we Netflix and chill!! Please note there are no elevators

You can’t beat the view! The rooms are large, comfortable, with great bed, bathroom and shower. And from the balcony you can watch the sunrise/sunset. No five star hotel in the city can match it for location. We rented 2 suites and one note: 406 has the better view, but a smell that others have commented on, which is the reason for the lower room rating; it gets better after the A/C runs for a while. Room 306 below did not seem to have that issue, so ask for that room, even if the view is 3 % worse (lower angle :). Great service through dedicated and helpful staff, ok breakfast (we went around the corner for great espresso), and so easy to walk to many of the attractions.

Wow! What a lovely, welcoming little hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly and offered complimentary fruit and mango sticky rice upon our check-in. The room was clean, welcoming and very nicely decorated with an amazing view of Wat Arun. We enjoyed some drinks on our balcony with a beautiful view and the sunset. The hotel also has a restaurant and rooftop bar with amazing panoramic views. The breakfast included was great; choice of eggs Benedict, bacon and eggs, pad Thai, rice dishes etc with a ‘help yourself’ spread of cereals and toast. 5* service and a lovely hotel, would stay here again in a heart beat!

Pro Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and large room, fantastic view (our room was in the 4th floor). Clean and functional. Excellent location. Included breakfast is good. They helped us with the taxi to the airport and gave us packed breakfast. Con Many mosquitoes, especially after room service (we visited in dry season). Not that well soundproofed, noise from the terrace above (they stop at around 11 pm), the hallway, the boats on the river, and overnight construction work next door which started on our last evening. The room had a bit of a moldy smell.
