Good location. Good breakfast. Quite clean. Reception has good customer service; they helped us with transportation. The bed was uncomfortable; we could feel all the springs. The bed fabrics had some stains. We asked for extra cushions because the room had one small. They didn’t restock the coffee bar and we stayed for 4 nights.

Expectation vs reality . It's too bad till now. I never came back again. Looks is good but nothing is their as I aspect. Even they charge me for mineral water. Food is too expensive. Price is like 5 star hotel and service is zero.

Very disappointing room. Not sure if they are all like this, but the window in our room was closed in with glass blocks like you find in a shower. We could not get natural light, see outside, or open the window for fresh air. The lack of window made the room dark and feel claustrophobic. The cleanliness was good but could have better. On the positive, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were wonderful. Rooftop was nice, good views. Considering our lack of window, cleanliness could have been better, I feel this room is overpriced.

Overall had a wonderful experience for our 1st visit to Nepal. The location is slightly in a quieter part and in walking distance from a number of restaurants and shops. The staff was super friendly, the rooftop bar and restaurant great, the breakfast buffet location downstairs has great decor and the room and bathroom in good condition with a safe for valuables. Definitely would recommend - thanks for making our initial taste of Nepal, memorable!
