The place is as described and an average decent accommodation. Plus points for the open living room. Some negatives: - Bad security that made the checkin process tedious. Didn’t let out grab driver in to drop us off and we had to walk back and forth in heavy rain. Even the driver got pissed at them after having to wait with no clear instructions. - Loud noise and smell in the middle of the night. No one helped us but it was midnight. We had to deal with it for 3 hours and couldn’t sleep. Was scared that a rodent had gotten into the sink pipes or that the pipe was going to burst!

We love how easy it is from the time we placed our reservation to checking out. Awesome and quick communication from the host as well! Rooms are clean and most importantly the location is very convenient for us Will definitely stay here again 🙂

Very good n clear instruction from the company to get into the apartment. With the door cards n gate sensor hand piece. Do be prepare ALL the doors on the building slams pretty hard. The lifts not well lit. Hence, i couldnt see the numbers on the button. My kids press it for me. Maybe im too tall? (What nonsense) 😆 The room was overall nice and clean. But need maintenance around the room n toilet. I only wonder if the person who takes care tidy up the room report issue to the company. Water leaking,toilet roll fixture falling off, 1 side of toilet shower has insufficient water pressure. Toilet door has rough edge (enough to gives u bad abrasion) etc... hope the management check before the conditions worsen. Lastly its rainy now. Should keep the window shut. When we enter the apartment the 2 side of bed rooms window were open.. floor alittle wet. Sorry didnt mean to nag so much to Nest Home. It a habit of mine to observe things around me.

Stayed at an Airbnb for a week. Security guards are very helpful and friendly. In house gym is well equipped with sufficient cardio machines, weights and cable machines Gym is well ventilated. Location is near mount austin area, walking distance of about 15-20mins, but note that the walking space is quite narrow and has no street lights beside the road with cars passing by. Alternatively you can get a grab for 8-10RM provided there is no surge.
