Very good location close to skytree and river. room has the necessities, but NO WIFI which is crazy and falsely advertised

First of all, this is not a hotel. It’s more of an apartment. There is no front desk or staff to welcome you or assist you. Pros: It’s a short walk from Asakusa Station; Spacious rooms compared to hotels; Room has washing machine; Room has stove, microwave, toaster, water heater; Cons: No elevator. It’s very hard to carry luggages up and down the stairs; No daily cleaning, therefore, you clean your own room and change trash bags by yourself (we weren’t supplied with trash bags); No change of linens, which is a big deal for me since we stayed for more than 3 days; No space for more than 1 luggage; No security (passcode to main door clearly posted in lobby); No nearby convenience stores/restaurant; Our stay was just okay, it was cheaper than other accommodations we were looking at since we thought it was a hotel (as their name indicates). But I would not book this place again.

I had a reservation for our honeymoon at the end of March. Due to the worldwide pandemia we are not able to neither celebrate our wedding or visit Japan. The host refused to make a refund or change our dates while other hosts in Japan with the same policies made a 100% refund. I dont NOT reccomend this hotel ever, they are scammers which will take an advantage to keep your money if they see one.

ฮอสโป อาซากุสะ Small and Reasonable price Hotel in Asakusa. No elevator so need to carry luggages upstairs by yourself. There are small kitchen with refrigerator, kettle and microwave however no plates, glass or utensilso prepare cup if you like morning Coffee. Bathroom with small bath tub and separated toilet.
