Amazing staff, location, pool - would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We spoke with the manager numerous times as all our wedding party stayed here from ireland, uk and turkey and we were always so well looked after. The breakfast was also served in a lovely garden setting and was always fresh produce. Slippers and ropes also supplied along with towels for pool. Great experience would definitely visit again.

The hotel is clean and nice but if you're not turkish don't bother to come because there is racist people i was so disappointed because this is an international hotel it should be welcoming all nationalities not only turkish .. we went to the pool and a racist lady started to scream on us and after that we wanted to take another night and the reception told us the hotel is fully booked even though we can see that there is available rooms ..only one of the staff was kind i think his name is karam or akram he was the only staf who wasn't racist.

A pearl on Buyukada. Located in the center at the main road, the rooms are quiet amd sheltered from road noise. Rooms are of pretty modern rustic design and are well equipped, with a AC, fridge, safe, hairdryer and vanity set. Everything works, which is definitely not a given in hotels on this island. Staff is fast and attentive and seem to really enjoy their work, which brings a nice positive vibe to the hotel. The breakfast buffet has quality food, with a daily variation in pastries and cakes. I can imagine it can be repetitive on longer stays. The pool area is decorated with lovely plants and flowers, giving a quite place for rest. The music is a mix of Turkish (which some guests really enjoyed) and modern mellow chillout (which I enjoy). It is soft enough to listen on your own headphones without trouble. I visited this island over 20 times and have stayed at almost all of the well known hotels. In my opinion this is one of the best places to stay, and is the winner on value for money.

Room was so clean, employees were so friendly and helpful too. The location is so good as well but here are some problems that I noticed. The first one is, according to the hotel space which is small, the rooms are so close to each other. Not only this, there was a family next to my room who has a child. The child kept screaming and talking loudly untill the midnight! I went there to relax honestly but that was so annoying. The second one is Wi-Fi, the connection is really bad. So I was forced to use my phone's internet connection to watch movies, browsing or social media. Above all, there's no notice on the website that the swimming pool, sauna are closed (temporarily) I booked it because it has a swimming pool honestly but when I arrived there they said it's closed. Anyway, it was good experience. Thank you for your hard work to make your customers comfortable.
