The room is great, clean and really comfortable, the breakfast there is a SHOCK!! the worst breakfast I’ve tried in all the hotels iv been, my wife found a bug in one of the vegetables bowls, the Nutella there is fake, i can feel the chocolate powder in my mouth, food are cold and very limited choices, this is really not suitable for a 5 stars Hotel. Even 2 star hotel can do better

I had the most exquisite experience at Ascott KL Hotel! The rooms were a true embodiment of luxury, offering comfort and style. The culinary delights at the hotel's restaurant were a gastronomic journey, and I couldn't get enough. Really loved my stay here with my family. The rooms were very neat and spacious, it really felt like home. The view from our suite wasn’t the best, but the location really compensates for it. It’s just a walking distance from the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Staff is friendly too. Definitely recommend.

I was for 20 nights in a nice apartment here. Location is good and the apartment is very beautiful and well equipped! It should get a 5 stars but there are things to improve: - Cleanliness teams … some are quite good, but other do not clean your apartment properly. Not standard quality. - The restaurant is under remodelling, so they are providing breakfast box… but the quality is so bad that it is just unbelievable they provide it! - Elevators are not enough, and the average time waiting for them is too high - My last comment is about the common areas. Very nice in general and you open the doors with your card. But the doors do not close properly, so there is constantly an uncomfortable beep coming from every single card reader in the common areas. Out of these 4 points, everything very good.
