A great stay at Ashburn House. Fantastic location with loch views and a 5 minute walk into Fort William. Great access to the hiking and exploring the area has to offer! Clean rooms with a friendly service and a good breakfast.

It is so easy to give the Ashburn House a 5-star rating. This was the perfect 3-night stay in Fort William. Hayley and Trev were welcoming and engaging from the time we arrived until we left, Haley is amazing. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable and the continental breakfast has such a wide range of tasty options. Their location is an easy 10-minute walk along Lock Linnhe to the Town Centre which is pedestrian traffic only. The view of Loch Linnhe from our room was amazing. There are two types of cruises on the Loch; the Mountain Gondola up the Ben Nevis range is excellent with walking paths at the top of the mountain. We will return. Thank you Hayley.

Very well appointed rooms. Crisp white linen. Great shower.Congenital and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make it super comfortable for me. Very generous Continental breakfast. Try the venison salami.

What a nice and cozy bed and breakfast! We stayed for 2 nights at Ashburn house and it was truly like staying at a friend’s place. All the details are so curated and it is so warm and clean that I’d have stayed longer. The owners take good care of both customers and the place itself. You can walk into the city in 10 min along the lake shore and it’s just a 10 min drive to the Ben Nevis visitor center where you can enjoy your day hiking around (all hiking levels!). If we come back we will stay at Ashburn House again.
