Near a lot of eating places. Room is clean. Requested the counter to book me a grab and it was fast in service.

Pricey compared to other hotels in this area. Stayed a few times in 2022, don't take room on the groundfloor. Paid more for superior room but met with screaming garbage man at 5am and room have a visible manhole (stinky). If planning to stay here, get any room on the 2nd floor. Do note, room are lacking soundproofing so you can practically hear footsteps dead at night. Room decor is modern and toilet are well maintained. Comfy bedding and pillows with cool air-conditioning. WiFi are usable but the water heater is tricky to use (centralized system). 3-star for the great receptionist guest experience and location.
