A great place to stay in the heart of Bangkok! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Baggage crew took genuine interest in you as people too, always up for a good chat. The pool and gym were super helpful to wind down after big days of travel and they were used even when we arrived before check in times. Rooms were comfortable and the best part about staying here is the location and closeness to the BTS train. It was surprising to see that it was actually connected to the Asia Hotel's building. Plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance to here too. I would highly recommend to stay here!

Price is decent for the area. Staff is friendly. View is good. Location is excellent. Rooms (and especially the plumbing) are old. They are renovating some areas of the hotel, but the age shows.

I have stayed in this hotel many times, love it for its great location. Connected to BTS station and walkable to Siam Square. Wonderful to see that the hotel updated the look and feel of the rooms- more modern and clean look. As a very big hotel, expect long queue for check in/out. I didn't like that the shower was lukewarm, and housekeepers were not so friendly but buffet breakfast team was fantastic - refilling the food promptly and efficiently ensuring that tables get turned over quickly. They are very helpful to find a place for you if you can't find one yourself. The lobby was still under renovation when I visited, looking forward to what it might look like in the future.

We feel this is like a 3 stars hotel with a great location. The hallways are very smelly. The walls are paper thin, our neighbors keep waking us up at 2am, when they are watching TV or talking on the phone. The breakfast buffet is OK. The pool was nice but small. When booking the room only 2 guests get the buffet free. Our daughter was charged extra per day. Our outside view was a disgusting building with bird droppings everywhere. We kept the curtains closed to avoid the view.
