Minuses: 1. Let's start with the location - the hotel is located next to erotic massage parlors and a bunch of places to smoke weed. the entire street is in these locations, so for a quiet home and family holiday - definitely not. 2. There is no internet in the hotel. Wi-Fi seems to be there, but it doesn’t work anywhere. We had to go to coffee shops several times a day and use the mobile Internet the rest of the time. I have never encountered such a connection in any hotel in Bangkok, and I have lived in at least 8. At the reception they said that it does not work well - because many people use it. And he doesn’t load anything at any time of the day or night. 3. The number itself differs from the photo. He's older. I also don’t understand why there are translucent toilets; they could have avoided installing a door at all. And the insects throughout the room were apparently a bonus too. On the plus side, there was a very nice, friendly and welcoming girl at the reception yesterday afternoon and today. I could say that she is the only pleasant memory. By the way, in the evening another girl was sitting there - somehow dissatisfied and aggressive. In general, the hotel does not justify its money at all; for this money it is better to rent other options.

The only person with good service is the security guard, front desk was extremely rude, even curse me in Thai(she thought I couldn't understand Thai as I'm not Thai citizen)simply because I opened wrong side of the door at the ground floor balcony, when I demanded to meet the manager, she even told me "yeah sure, just call her, I don't care, because nothing is going to happen to me." At the end the manager apologised to me while the front desk was sitting there playing with her phone act like it's none of her business. So I just went up to my room, packed my stuff and left, which I haven't even spent a night there, but at this point, dignity is more important to me since I'm on holiday, I did not want to feel uncomfortable everytime when I go thru the lobby. Even the location isn't bad, but again, there are many other good choices around. DO NOT stay here!! There is no reason to put up with their rudeness during your holidays!

Very Bad Check-In Experience. Very Very Bad Receptionist. No Courtesy at all. Check-In time at this Hotel is at 2PM and they make you wait the entire time even if you come at 1:45PM. I never had this kind of experience anywhere else in the World. If you can avoid this hotel at any cost. Since mine is a prepaid booking, I have to suffer for next 2 days.
