Poor Reception Service: The front desk staff was inefficient and unprofessional. We endured a 10-minute wait while the receptionist handled hotel guests ( we visited only the spa, why won’t they additional personal ?) , only to be met with a dismissive attitude. As paying clients, we expected a level of respect and efficiency that was sorely lacking. Towel Charge: Being charged 3 euros for a towel was surprising and inconvenient, especially since I've been a member for six months. This policy seems inconsistent and penny-pinching, considering towels were previously complimentary. Moreover, the process to pay for the towel via a member card was needlessly complicated. Non-Functional Spa Pool: One of the main disappointments was the spa pool. The water was cold, defeating the purpose of a relaxing, warm soak in contrast to the chilly weather outside. This was a significant letdown. Staff Behavior: Overhearing staff whispering about clients is unprofessional and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. This behavior is unacceptable and detracts significantly from the overall experience. I have never left a bad review, because I always over the situation, but here after reading other reviews about the place and see the common problem with member stuff, I couldn’t just skip it.

I came here this weekend for the spa and it was great, I visited about 5 years ago and it has lost some of its shine but still a great spa. High levels of hygiene and excellent saunas and steam rooms. The outdoor pool is well heated. The gym has everything needed for work out and lots of space. The actual room had clean bedding and sheets but lots of stains on carpet, curtains and walls. The beds were small but comfortable. I would say good value for money for use of spa for the weekend. The shower gels and shampoos available are low quality so take your own. It I does some of the experience using cheap shower gel after such a luxury spa experience! We enjoyed the tv and space in small room.The breakfast was okay, pastries not very fresh, bread nice. if I stayed again I’d opt to go elsewhere for breakfast. A great hotel for getting to train and spa whilst in the city - me and my friend enjoyed walking around lake near by to link into the city. I will definitely come back again.

No words can describe how much I despise this club . There are about 4 really nice staff and cleaners and the rest is HORRIBLE . I pay for me and my son monthly and haven’t been there consistently in months due to how horrible the staff are(kids academy is great though 👍🏾✨) . I called today to register for the Christmas party was hung up on twice and multiple consistent calls ignored . ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY STAY CLEAR

I stayed in this place for three days and unfortunately the restaurant is not active during the day and I had to go to other restaurants. The quality of the breakfast was very ordinary and I expected more from this collection and the third issue is that it is written everywhere as a hotel with parking, but unfortunately I had to pay twenty euros for each day of parking. In fact, your service in the hotel was zero and only you You have rented the room at a high price, my question is, why should you charge twenty euros for your parking every day from passengers who have paid about five hundred euros for three nights? Does the quality of your breakfast meet the standards?
