Hotel review Pros: - staff is nice (when they’re around) - Nice terrace view - General location is central to sights Cons: - pretty much everything else: - Walls and floors are paper thin - you will hear everything that’s going on at all hours of the day / night, so sleeping is hard. - They give you one sad, little “blanket”, which feels more like a towel - Wi-Fi is unwieldy - Spaces are teeny, tiny, especially the bathrooms where everything is stacked on top of each other - Location is tucked away on streets that get dark and deserted at night, so it doesn’t feel that safe

We stayed two nights here. The staf was really friendly and helped us with any kind of information, The place is cozy, it has othoman details. IT is easy accessible to the main touristic place by metro or by train.( The train is near and you kind feel nostalgic by the noise of it)

Definitely one of the best hotels you must stay in Istanbul if you look for a cozy, well designed, economical and even with the beautiful view from the terrace! I would love to send a big fat thanks to the owner Omar and the hotel manager Rockman, they are always more than friendly and nice enough to help you out. I just only spent my last night at this hotel and turned out to be an unforgettable experience during my Turkey travel! The room is clean enough to relax and the building itself is well decorated to feel the old ancient history of Istanbul which I instantly fell in love. No wonder the location is best - you can access to the main parts of Istanbul including both Europe/Asian sides. I’m coming back to this hotel for 10000% sure;)

It is a small hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Sulemaniya Mosque is hardly a 10 min walk away, so the metro station. If you love walking, you can walk to the Sulatanahmet square, it will take 15 to 20 mins; and the streets on the way are beautiful. My room was small but very smartly equipped with all the amenities. It was clean and serviced regularly. It has a common space at the terrace, it has a beautiful view of Bosphorus and Galata Tower and beyond; you can relax, have a cup of coffee, I loved it The property is managed by Luqman, really nice guy, helpful. I highly recommend this property, if you are backpacking.
