This is one of the places that I won't recommend to anyone as there are lot of nice places to stay in Sri Lanka. They have very small paring area & had to park my vehicle on the road. As I was with my children they charged 3000 for the cot & 2500 for the extra bed. We had to carry the baggage's to the upper floor & surprisingly there was no TV. After I inquired they said they would try to fix one & after 3-4 hours they fixed one with a lot of disturbances. I can't say the rooms were clean too. The location is quite good & they had a medium size pool which was fine. The receptionist was always smiling & that was the positive. Breakfast was also fine. I believe those are the basic things should be in a resort & its not about the match

The AC in one of our double rooms was not working at the point of checking in and we were assured that we we would be given a discount at check out since it was going to be a 3 night 4 day stay. The TV was also not working in the same room. At Checkout the reception staff along with the owner went back on their word and did not offer the discount and was extremely rude to us which was extremely disappointing. ALSO the breakfast included only eggs and did not include a meat item and we had to pay extra for fish or chicken. While it is a clean and decent looking hotel, it is not customer centric at all. The only good thing about our stay was the bell boy Pasindu who seemed to be the only one concerned about the guests. This was the one and only bad experience we have ever had in Hikkaduwa. With owners who go back on their word and doesn't know the meaning of customer service this hotel won't last very long.

We visited the hotel during this weekend for B&B.The staff working were attentive to the customers. Rooms are spacious but cleanliness in rooms and washroom could be improved. The kitchen was closed by 8.30pm and we could not order more dinner. Service could be improved as well even during off season! Breakfast options were limited to eggs, sausage, bread/ waffles and tropical cut fruits. Good luck!

Location, pool and drinks are great but rest not so much :) Many things are neglected-dirty bathroom mirror, dirty tiles, dirty floor-many dirty things :( also broken lock on the balcony doors, broken sunbeds-these are things easily to fix the owner should thing of it:) no wifi at the upper floors. Food at the restaurant is simple, tasty and at good prices. Breakfast is basic-fruits, toast, some eggs and sausage - its enough:) Another negative thing is money charge for baby bed(under 2 y) -happend to me first time :( :(! At the end We spent nice time :)
