We had a great stay At Ease, the staff were very friendly & helpful and the location seemed quite good with walking access to a well stocked 7/11 just a few shops down. There were two rooms for gym equipment and a sauna. The pool was nice however it was fairly cold as it doesn’t get a lot of sun over it after midday. We found the room to be really spacious for the price we paid and the TV had a good movie channel as well. Wifi worked well. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Great hotel with fantastic eateries nearby. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed the convenience of it all. The staff is great and the pool is amazing - even though there aren’t many lounge chairs we always had a place to sit. The gym is okay too

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for the fantastic start to our journey in Bangkok, Thailand 🇹🇭 Upon arrival, we noticed the beautiful pool and had a relaxing time after a long journey. The hotel offers a surprisingly quiet oasis, a hidden paradise despite its central location in the heart of Bangkok! 🌴 The reception staff welcomed us warmly. Mentioning my upcoming birthday, they generously offered to upgrade our room for free. It turned out to be an amazing room, much better than the one we originally booked! During our stay, we often visited Lumpini Park and Benchakitti Park – such amazing locations close distance from hotel! As our stay came to an end, we decided to stay and extend for another month in Bangkok. Unfortunately, all rooms were occupied, quite understandably so. Then, a miracle happened! ✨ I asked the receptionists for help finding another hotel, and as I comfortably settled into a chair, in few minutes they provided me with a list of options. I made a choice, and they even called hotels confirming its availability! They didn't have to go above and beyond to help me, they could have simply said, 'we don't know, sorry.' But their friendliness and willingness to assist truly amazed me 🥹 This’s genuinely wonderful staff! I recommend them to everyone! Their kind gesture will be remembered in my heart for a long time. Just sheer delight and boundless gratitude! 🫶🏻

Haven’t seen our room yet, but 1). It's said that check in is available from 14.00. We arrived at 13.00, they asked us to go for a walk for 1 hour, that’s okay. But when we came back at 14.00 the room was still not ready. They asked us to wait for 40 more minutes. We were not the only one with this problem. Administrator was quite rude and didn’t help at all. 2). Lobby looks a bit old and well not fresh, but nothing critical 3). The pool is located weirdly, on the ground floor, just in the yard. You can really hear all the cars outside pretty loudly.

This hotel is nowhere as good as I thought it would be. Very outdated and old. For starters there was blood stains all over the main bedroom floor. At the entrance of the room as seen in picture and around the beds there was bloods stains on the floor. 1 of the showers didn't work properly. Some lights didn't work. There was urine on one of the toilets as seen in pictures. Very rough around the edges and not the cleanest at all. Staff were nice and polite but I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it considering I paid nearly 300aud a night for a room with 3 beds for my family. Very dissapointed.
