Very comfortable rooms in a nice building! Easy access from Termini train station. Lift available 😍 Super nice host! Paolo very responsive before and during our stay and he makes sure you have all what you need. Thank you very much Paolo 10/10 you deserve a title of best host in Italy 🇮🇹 💯 Ps: Common area filled with coffee/ snacks,… is a plus!

A family holiday is not the easiest thing to arrange, so we wanted to make sure we chose the best accomodation for our stay in Rome. After looking at so many options, we landed on At Home Townhouse - Filiberto. And whilst the rooms looked great, it was the consistent feedback given in reviews about the host, the wonderful Paolo, that made our choice for us. Knowing that we were flying in from Australia on an early morning flight, our room was ready and we could check in straight away. From there, the kindness and attention that Paolo provided, was exactly what we read about and were glad it was all true. The location is great, the rooms are so clean and spacious, and maintained with pride, we have found our place to call home whenever we come back to the Eternal city. Grazie Paolo!!!

Definitely a home away from home!!! Felt taken care of even prior to arriving to the property; the AMAZING host Paolo ensure to arrange our check in to be as easy as possible and that clear instructions was provided. He greeted us with the warmest welcome. Truly appreciated all the recommendations for where to eat and what to do in town. The property itself was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed which is important after long days of walking!! The water filter truly makes a difference!! Like WOW!!! Paolo was 100% right, your skin and hair will thank you! ❤️ The location is situated in a quiet residential area. A short walk away from the Manzoni metro station, and just two stations away from Roma termini station. Also a short walk away from the Colosseum! It's important to note that our flight was delayed the morning of us leaving. Not only did Paolo help us cancel the private transfer he had ordered for us so last minute; he was able to find us a new ride in the middle of a transportation strike! Thank you so so so much!!! Look no further! I highly recommend staying with Paolo. There's so much care in everything he does and we truly appreciated his hospitality!!! 💗

Booked our 3 night stay, June 10-13, 2023 at this highly rated property.this weekend they emailed to state they could no longer honor the room we had confirmation we booked. They said the rate was much higher now, and they couldn’t give us that room anymore. They said we could cancel if we weren’t happy. It’s like they were trying to get us to cancel. We didn’t! We were surprised, but had no choice to accept. Next day they emailed and said they put our credit card through and it didn’t work so reservation was canceled. We called our credit card company they put through wrong expiry year, which we never gave them. They also put credit card through 20 days early, it wasn’t suppose to be out through til 7 days before. Our credit card information was fine, they just wanted our room. Very unprofessional to do this when we booked so far in advance. Shocking they have such high reviews!!
