The employees were kind and attentive. It was reasonably priced and in a good area for parking and getting in and out of town easily. Just a few minute drive to Petra and Tourism St.

Had a lovely stay, great service, owner was helpful and kind throughout my stay. Lovely views from the rooftop especially at sunset. Petra main entrance is 6 min drive. I paid 5JOD for one way with Mohammad (most taxis were charging 7-9JOD) his contact is +962 7 7753 0213, he was flexible with times and easy to contact. There is also a supermarket near by called the normal supermarket, cheap prices for buying snacks for Petra.

recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. While the food was delicious, the outdated rooms and problematic toilet overshadowed the overall impression. Starting with the positives, the food served at the hotel was definitely a highlight. The flavors were tasty, and I enjoyed the variety of dishes offered. The culinary experience was delightful, and the hotel should be commended for their culinary efforts. However, the accommodations themselves were disappointing. The rooms appeared old and outdated. The furnishings and decor seemed worn, giving a less-than-pleasant ambiance. It was evident that the rooms were in need of renovation to match the standards expected in today's hospitality industry. Additionally, the toilet in my room had intermittent issues. Sometimes it worked fine, but other times it malfunctioned or didn't flush properly. This inconsistency was frustrating and inconvenient, as it disrupted my stay and created an uncomfortable experience. Although the delicious food was a positive aspect, the outdated rooms and problematic toilet were significant drawbacks. It is essential for the hotel to invest in updating their accommodations and ensuring that all facilities, including the toilets, are properly functioning and well-maintained. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was mixed. While the food was enjoyable, the outdated rooms and problematic toilet overshadowed the positives. I would recommend that the hotel management prioritize renovations and maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience and provide a more comfortable stay.
