Amazing hotel and staff Rooms are clean and good enough for the stay and go for awhile. Location and view was so nice right behind the marina. Staff at reception was really outstanding and they are looking for a way to serve beyond the expectations. Surely happy with my stay and service. Definitely I will be that hotel for my next visit.

For the price this hotel is absolutely intolerable. The architecture is ridiculous acting like a greenhouse in the upper floors. The window was not openable, the curtains were broken, so it was impossible to close them properly. The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Twice I kindly asked for something from the reception to be brought to my room, both times nobody came, even when I reported some disgusting leftovers from the previous guests that I found in my room, nobody reacted. All in all a total disaster, do not stay here.

We stayed for a week, had a lovely room with a view of the marina. Perfectly clean and fresh sheets/towels provided each day. Breakfast is a little limited but omelets were great! Staff were very helpful and kind. Only disappointment was the indoor pool wasn't heated, as we visited in winter we were unable to swim but instead walked around the local mountains. Great stay overall, thank you.
