Attika is a really big multi-floor department store in Athens with just about everything you could imagine. Men's, women's, and children's clothes, handbags, beauty - you name it. Many, many high end and luxury designers are here, and you can get VAT tax free as well. You could spend hours and hours shopping here. Our only non-positive feedback is that if you are looking, until you actually purchase something - they might be overly 'on guard' and watch your every move. We did kind of experience that until we made a purchase, which is unfortunate. But the wide variety of items on all the floors overall made it a pleasurable shopping experience.

Luxury dept store in the city center. For those with money to spare, indulge. Beautifully appointed spaces. Their previous year's corner window, for the holidays, is the most spectacular I have ever seen anywhere in the world.

This is easily the best department store in Athens. One of the best in a European capital city. All the major and minor fashion brands. The store is huge, it is deceiving. There is a restaurant on the top floor with outdoor seating. The restrooms are nice in the department store. Not so much in the restaurant. No food hall, no souvenirs. Strictly the latest fashions and perfumes and makeup.

Normally I do not write reviews, especially negative ones, but I was quite upset about my experience yesterday. Went there for shopping with my baby and parents. Waiting in the queue on fifth floor. It was actually only me and two Greek men behind me. After waiting in the queue for 5min, one cashier came to the queue, after she looked at us briefly, she asked the two men behind me to go to the counter and started to serve them. I asked her (in Greek) why no me which she didn’t even bother to answer. I complained to the lady who was there “managing” the queue, she didn’t even want to let me to finish and said impatiently “but you need to wait in the queue“ as if I was the one who jumped the queue. She then maybe she saw the baby and asked a lady from tax free counter to serve me. When I asked to see a manager, the lady said no manger available and when she learnt what happened, her answer was like “sorry but she is a trainee” SO?! If she is not ready, do not let her serve the customer, esp. since I am of Asian origin, this can become more sensitive and unpleasant to the customers.I spent last 20 years in Europe of which 15 years in Greece as married to Greek; I have to say, this is the most unpleasant service I have experienced in “high end” shopping mall…
