Booked this apartment online and the listing states free parking,not true.When I told the owner by email that I could not stay there because I had a rental car I had to park and there were tow away signs, he sent me an automated email with paid garage instructions and areas in Athens to avoid.Also the area it is in is not the safest looking,people on drugs walking around and such.Then after I contacted my bank the owner called me directly by phone and asked me to get the money back I just disputed because he had bills to pay. This is an update on this "host" through booking.com,this individual decided he did not like the review I left so decided to slander me on the response,Do Not Book Anything from this person,I won't name names but he has another listing on another booking site.Google has been notified of the harassing behavior.

Ugly, dirty place. 1. Cockroaches (karaluchy!!!) - if you never leaves at slums it's a good place. 2. Air condition don't work (It was very old making biger noise than cold and installed only in bedroom). At living room was two dirty fans. 3. Kitchen was dirty and has only one spoon. 4. Owner makes many rules wich was send before camig eg. disable hot water because electrisity was broken. 5. Entrance to the building stick and is totally broken. 6. We ask owner to cancel rent after one night because we disgusted cockroaches (karaluchy) but he say apartment is ok and payment policy ... then I say then I write all at comment. All disadwantages was at other opinion. Only nice photos! Congratulations to photographer. God job.

excellent value for money. about twenty minutes walk from the center. we had a very good time. the only flaw is the air conditioning is only in the room. there were three of us and we all had to sleep together in a double room. in the summer it would have been impossible to sleep in the living room, in the week we stayed it was 40º.
