A perfectly reasonable hotel in a good location. Round the corner from a central metro station and only a half hour walk to the Seine and Louvre. The hotel was pretty basic. A solid 3 stars. The rooms were tiny, not even enough space to open a suitcase. It could do with a refurbishment. Scuff marks and dents in the wall from shoes and cases, not enough plug sockets and some dated carpet and decor. We originally found some marks on the sheets, and they were changed swiftly, even if the receptionist scoffed when we initially showed her the picture. For the price I might have expected a little more, but it was comfortable enough and the location was great!

We were on the 5th floor with amazing view and balcony. A really clean hotel, good location and friendly staff! I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed from Oct 27,2003-Nov 3rd 2023 The time we arrived till the time we left. Each and every staff member was humble, kind & respectful! Staff was extremely helpful! Rooms are big, clean. Hotel is clean, tidy, best location bakeries, restaurants, train station, shops, mall near by. Taxi stand near by. My husband, myself & daughter had a wonderful experience. Cleaning staff was available everyday. Everything was just perfect! Each staff was just amazing! Ida ( front desk receptionist- outstanding service -thank you! Alexa ( front desk - outstanding desk receptionist) Yaan ( he is at the front also. Outstanding service) Thank you all for making our trip wonderful! I will recommend this hotel to everyone. No noise , no smell, very clean, AC, We had 3 beds - very comfortable! Safe area and we walked till late night So convenient- I have back problem and we were coming from USA. I was worried for the distance between hotel and public places, attractions but everything was near by. Thank you so much for the great service & guidance. Hotel staff is always willing to help you & make ur stay comfortable. Great value ! Perfect boutique hotel !!

Although this is not a 5 star hotel I have to give it 5 stars. The staff were absolutely amazing. All of them!!! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed they were always a pleasure and extremely helpful. Even before our arrival I wrote several times with questions and they always got back to me quickly with all the information. We upgraded our room which provided a decent size, including the bathroom. The room was very clean. The location worked well for us. Lots of cafes close by. The train station is a two minute walk. The hotel was under renovation still but even amongst all the construction, surprisingly the lobby still seemed to be clean. I suspect it will be completed soon though. I want to thank the ladies and gentlemen that helped make our visit such a pleasurable experience. Julie, Michael (and Mina)
