Had a really nice stay over new year's. Rooms were a good standard and larger than expected. Very good breakfast. Connection to the water park is excellent. Down sides were probably the service at times. Check in at 3am took over an hour with no information about the facilities or even where our rooms were. Also frequently asked to show our room card when walking around the hotel a bit too often which took the shine off a true 5 star experience

We recently stayed at Atlantis, The Palm, and as a family, we were all blown away by the hospitality of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with check-in and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel amenities and surrounding area. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping staff kept our room clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The restaurant staff were also exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions and providing excellent recommendations on local cuisine. We were extremely impressed with the level of hospitality at Atlantis, The Palm. The staff truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

My stay at Atlantis The Palm was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail throughout the resort truly sets it apart. The service was impeccable. The staff is very kind and caring like expected from an ultra luxury hotel like this. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Our rooms view was very nice too. Their spa and gym is very high tech and maintained well. The beach is very clean and the sunbeds are very comfortable. I did not like the restaurants offered by the hotel. The restaurant outside by the pool is very average. I expected something a lot better from a hotel this quality and this expensive. The breakfast buffet was good. Another thing that wasn’t very nice is that you get the same privilege for the aquaventure water park as the people coming from outside the hotel with a day pass. They should at least give the hotel guests a priority or a fast pass or whatever its called that lets you not wait any lines when using the water park slides because the lines are very long and its not very nice to wait the same amount of time as the people who has a day pass since we paid all this money to get rooms in the hotel. Those are my only complaints.
