There was no door in the shower area, no dental kits, The bathroom door was damaged , every time it took 2 to 3 times to pull and close the bathroom door. Even the bathroom sealing was so low it touched my head every time. Not so hot water also in shower. Their check out time was 12:00PM but I just called the reception to just inform them them that may be I can get 30 minutes or 1 hour late they told me 30 minutes is ok but for 1 hour we will charge you 200 baht , it sounds so funny 🤣 30 minutes or 1 hour delay is so usual in any hotel. I have leaved in so many hotels but this was real funny exceptional case. When I went to check out in the reception they were like talking very nicely to other foreign tourists but their attitude towards me was very bad when I complaint all the above they told me "You know English? See our check out time they show me the notice, but how could they ask such insulting thing to any customer you know English , I know better English then every one of you receptionist , that was a rough way to handle a customer they are all racist, I think they hate Indian tourist. But may be I seem like and Indian but I am a Bangladeshi. Be equal towards all. All are humans. Overall so disappointed.

I like the location of this hotel for the nightlife. The rooms themselves are a little bit tired but they do contain everything I require hot water kettle flat screen TV very good internet refrigerator and good air conditioning. They also have a room safe but the room safes are very small and they're not attached to anything they could simply be put in one's suitcase. And the locks on the doors of each room are just basic knob locks they have no deadbolt or second lock on the doors. But for the money I found it good value
