We stayed here before taking a flight, we had to double rooms and the villa. The two double rooms were cosy but the bathroom was ruined. The villa on the other hand is definitely ruined and run down and not cozy at all. We arrived and the A/C was not working (fortunately got fixed) a window was broken and fixed with some paper, the walls of the bedroom were moldy with clear sign of a mirror moved away leaving the square of the old paint behind. In the rooms there was just a cold light that makes everything super sad. The worst thing was the bathroom. It stinked a lot of mold and humidity. I went to take a shower in one of the double rooms. Bed were clean but very uncomfortable. The double rooms are fine but I definitely not suggest the villa. Absolutely needs a lot of mantainance.

Ideal for short stays when arriving/leaving in Sri Lanka as within 15 minutes distance from airport. Clean rooms, garden and pool.

We were here with my family to relax after long flight. Nice clean rooms, swimming pool and only 10 min from the airport. 2 bigger markets with all what you might need are only 3 min of walk away. Owner is absolutely amazing person! Highly recommend!

Airport villa is very conveniently located, the CMB airport in 10 min away by car, the place is quiet enough to sleep before a long airflight, rooms in main building are small for $22, but for $33 you will have the opportunity to rent a whole house near the pool for a large family with a kitchen, a children's room and a large living room, have fast wifi internet by fiber-slt 50mbps, during the day other guests, mostly from Europe, will swim and relax in pool, but this is not interferes with rest and sleep, there are two supermarkets nearby, a 5-minute walk on the main road, in Arpico you may check a cafe with ready-made food, a transfer to the airport from the owners costs 2500 rs.
