We had a negative experience at this property. Inside the apartment, a backpack containing a tablet, a bracelet, and some cash was stolen. After reading previous reviews, it became apparent that this was not an isolated incident; a few months ago, a gold necklace belonging to another guest was never returned. The owner's response to our situation was disappointing; she was rude and accused us of making up the story. She did not even visit the apartment to assess the situation, simply stating, "I cannot do anything." It seems this theft was planned because after taking the backpack, the culprits took a photo to create the impression that the backpack was never there. In the same photo sent to us by the owner, it's evident that the missing backpack was present on the first luggage, as shown in the image. I shared a photo with the owner to demonstrate that the black backpack was with us just a few minutes before we entered the apartment. We were a family with two children and had no motivation to fabricate such a story. In fact, we did not request any compensation from the owner. Our intention was to ask if she could at least check if the backpack had been mistakenly placed somewhere. Furthermore, the lack of CCTV cameras outside the apartment's door and entrance makes the apartment feel unsafe. Following this unsettling experience, my youngest daughter was quite frightened to stay in the apartment. Fortunately, our stay was only for two nights.

I don't understand the reviews below, the stay at the property was perfect. I stayed in the ATRHOME Frattina Luxury and Penthouse Frattina apartments with my friends. The apartments are equipped with all amenities, from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Everything very clean. The host Giulia is responsive, helpful and very kind. He gave us a lot of information on how to get around and better restaurants, very helpful. The apartments are located right in the trident of the historic center, an excellent location for visiting the city comfortably on foot. 5 star experience, I will definitely return in the future.

I had already stayed in Giulia's apartment, I felt very comfortable and I also stayed during these holidays, excellent service, very nice and clean apartment. Host always available, the apartments are right in the center, very convenient area.
