Great location within walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and a number of good restaurants. Staff was very helpful providing tips and arranging check-in. Large apartment, well designed and equipped and very clean.

Don't take the risk with bed bugs. The location is good, but we had bed bugs. Booked for my partner and once she bought up the bed bugs they told her they would not sort it out and only offered fresh sheets. Might be time to invest in new mattreses. Had to book a different hotel for her last night in town and they refused to refund. To top it off the staff were rude. Update: Hotel continued to send rude messages on booking.com after this review, instead of being decent.

Really good location. Less than 5 minutes walking to the main town Square and shopping area. Staff were extremely courteous and well organised. Room had lovely design and was very very clean. Communications very easy. Highly recommend this apartment, Much better than and Airbnb offerings
